“Great stay. We were here for 4 nights with kids and pets and it was a comfortable and clean stay. The room was large enough to sleep all of us and the incredibly high ceilings and windows made it feel spacious. Would stay again anytime.”

“I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

“We waited for our room that we paid for via Expedia just to be told 5 hours later that they won't be giving us a room because they didn't have enough cleaned. While we waited the restaurant also closed early. This was a Saturday evening. Since we booked through Expedia we were denied a room. They said they didn't have the money from Expedia so we are pushed off the list at 8pm. We had 3 rooms booked on this reservation, 6 in our whole group. “Parking was easy. Clean room ”

“Amazing experience. We even got complimentary snacks downstairs like water, chips, soda, and some dessert items. There was even a 24/7 coffee bar. The employees were so nice as well.”

“The hotel was slightly difficult to get to because of all the road construction. The room and inside common areas were clean. Breakfast was average. Parking was $15 a day in a lot secured by a gate with an access code. With the exception of the bartender at the lounge, the staff seemed indifferent. The outside patio was nice except for the tweaker who was there often.”

“The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”

“Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast.”

“There were bugs in our bathroom, paint/wallpaper peeling from the walls. The shower was great. Great water pressure. Clean bedding. But felt like we needed to have our socks on in our room.”

“Over all, the place was great! Only 2 complaints I have is that the WiFi was extremely slow, so if you need to work, use your hotspot, if you have it. And the water pressure was low. Other than those two minor things, the place was very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband, son-in-law, and grandkids did and they loved it. Will definitely stay there again.”
